9am - Leave for Girona, including a tour of the old city, included lunch, and then on to Figueres to visit the Dali Museum

Hotel Sa Punta
We will stay at the 4 star Hotel Sa Punta. With views of the Mediterranean Sea, this 34 bedroom boutique hotel sits just a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and restaurants of Pals, and the infamous Camino de Ronda, a coastal hiking & walking trail.

Our resort also features a full service restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as an outdoor pool and climate controlled yoga space with garden views.

Spanish Cuisine of Costa Brava
Most of the incredible meals on this retreat will be served at Hotel Sa Punta, with the exception of a couple lunches out during our excursion days.

Meals served at the retreat center will consist of locally inspired Mediterranean dishes, with meat, seafood and vegetarian / vegan options. We also include three lunches out on our excursion days, and you will have one lunch on your own to dine wherever you like.

There were so many wonderful aspects to this tour. I would suggest that you recommend more detail on clothing. There were days of downpours so stressing rain gear. , and it was quite chilly at times so saying layers does not cut it . Please strongly suggest a fleece, as there were a few of us who were underdressed and chilly many times. I did borrow clothes as much as I could. OTHERWISE, our guide Ismail is fabulous, caring and attentive. The places we visited were stellar. I will attend future tours with Rudy and Joyce and SolSeed has a big thumbs up from me. Thanks for a job well done.

Rudy and Joyce were exceptional yoga teachers. They are very kind and professional. Enjoyed the yoga classes alot with them. The staff at Essaouria Loage was exceptional. The lodge itself was less accommodating and the yoga room was not the ideal place to hold a yoga class. Grounds were dirty, room had many problems...

The retreat to Panama lead By Talia of Hot Yoga East Dennis was one of the best trips I have taken. Not only was Bluff Beach Resort beautiful and the staff kind and amazing but the entire experience was simply joyful. It was truly effortless fun to be there with an amazing group of yogis and practice living in the moment. The food was outstanding and the activities were all so well thought out and accommodating. Talia and Augusto and sol seed staff did an amazing job creating a space for all of us to get to experience the beauty, warmth and soul of Panama and those that call it home. I cannot wait until next year!
