Your Scottish Adventure Awaits!
Join Jenna Zabrosky for 5 nights and 6 days in the wild, soulful beauty of the Scottish Highlands. This isn’t just a getaway, it’s an invitation to step into a different rhythm of life, where time slows down, the land speaks, and you reconnect with yourself in ways that feel both grounding and expansive.
Together, we’ll move through daily yoga practices and drop into deeper spaces through coaching, journaling, breathwork, and reiki. Beyond the practices, this retreat is about connection: connection to the breathtaking natural world of Scotland, to the stories and traditions of its rich culture, and to a circle of like-hearted humans who come together to share in the magic.
If you’re longing for an adventure that nourishes your soul and leaves you feeling restored, inspired, and deeply alive, this journey is for you.
Nourish Your Body & Soul:
*Private Chef Experience: A Culinary Journey Through Scotland
Indulge in three expertly crafted meals daily, prepared by our talented private chef who celebrates the finest Scottish ingredients. From hearty Highland breakfasts featuring locally sourced eggs and artisanal oats to dinners showcasing seasonal vegetables from nearby farms and fresh catches from Scottish waters, each meal is designed to nourish both body and spirit.
**Most dietary preferences and restrictions can be accommodated, but please email info@solseedretreats.com if you have a specific concern or severe allergy ahead of registration.
*Daily Yoga Programming, Transformational Workshops & Group Sound Bath
Jenna will guide you through daily yoga practices and transformational workshops to help enrich your experience and complement your countryside adventures.
Also included on one of your free afternoons is a Group Sound Bath. Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bells, and other therapeutic instruments, our certified sound healing practitioner will guide you into deep states of meditation and restoration.
Natural Wonders Await:
*Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park: Scotland's Crown Jewel
Venture into the breathtaking landscapes of Scotland's first national park, where "bonnie banks" of Loch Lomond stretch beneath towering peaks and ancient forests. This pristine wilderness offers soul-stirring vistas that have inspired poets and artists for generations. Walk among centuries-old oak woodlands, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and feel the profound peace that comes from connecting with nature in its purest form. The park's diverse ecosystems and dramatic scenery provide the perfect backdrop for reflection and renewal.
Immerse in Scottish Culture:
*Edinburgh Discovery Day: Where History Comes Alive
Journey to Scotland's magnificent capital for a full day of exploration. Begin with a guided walking tour through the cobblestone streets of the Old Town, where medieval architecture tells tales of kings and queens, poets and philosophers. Then enjoy free time to wander the Royal Mile, browse local shops, or perhaps visit one of the city's renowned museums. The afternoon is yours to savor a traditional Scottish tea or explore the vibrant neighborhoods that make Edinburgh a UNESCO World Heritage site. Lunch will be on your own this day.
*Celebratory Ceilidh Dance: Join the Highland Tradition
Experience the joy and community spirit of Scottish culture through a traditional Ceilidh dance evening. No experience necessary – our local dance caller will guide you through the steps of time-honored Scottish reels and jigs. Laugh, connect, and celebrate with fellow retreat participants on your final evening together as you become part of a tradition that has brought communities together for centuries.
Your Highland Sanctuary:
*Rachel's Farm: Where Comfort Meets Countryside Charm
Nestled 45 minutes outside Edinburgh in the heart of the Scottish countryside is Rachel's Farm, a boutique retreat center that provides the perfect blend of rustic authenticity and modern comfort. Wake each morning to panoramic views of heather-covered hills and the gentle sounds of nature. The carefully restored farmhouse accommodations offer cozy, upscale rooms where no detail has been left untouched, creating an atmosphere of warmth and belonging that makes every guest feel like family.
Creating Lasting Bonds:
The retreat experience is designed to cultivate meaningful connections – with yourself, with nature, and with your fellow participants. Shared meals, group activities, and communal relaxation time create natural opportunities for authentic conversation and friendship. Many guests discover that the relationships formed during these retreats continue to enrich their lives long after returning home.
Sláinte to your well-being and the adventure that awaits!

We rank this itinerary as Activity Level 4 - Active, however, modifications are available to make it Activity Level 3 - Moderate. Specifically, the visit to the Trossachs and the variable weather conditions may present a hike day more suitably described as Active than Moderate, and so participants may need to modify their participation accordingly. The local guides will assist in this decision leading up to the excursion.
Activity Level 1 - Easy: Expect only short walks, and short flights of stairs.
Activity Level 2 - Relaxed: Expect short walks, slight inclines, and sustained activity for only a few hours.
Activity Level 3 - Moderate: Expect slightly longer walks, and activities that correlate to a semi-active lifestyle. Participants should be comfortable with half days of touring, and walking up and down steeper inclines.
Activity Level 4 - Active: Expect longer walks, steeper inclines, and 4 - 6 hours of sustained activities, with appropriate rests. To take advantage of all the offerings, folks should lead an active life style.
Activity Level 5 - Challenging: Expect vigorous walks, hikes, kayaking, etc. Participants should be experienced in outdoor activities, and know how to prepare for, and endeavor upon full day adventures in the wild!
If you have any questions or concerns about this itinerary's Activity Level, please contact info@solseedretreats.com for more details prior to registering.

Below is a list of all available accommodation packages. Each package is defined by the room occupancy — single, double, or shared (3–4 people per room) — and the bathroom setup associated with that room. All accommodations are spread across five shared houses on the Rachel’s Farm property, except for The Premium Single Suite – The Cottage, which is a private, standalone unit.
Each house contains 2 to 4 bedrooms, and bathroom arrangements vary:
- Some rooms feature private ensuite bathrooms
- Others have a dedicated private bathroom across/down the hall
- Two rooms share a hallway bathroom
- One room’s dedicated, hallway bathroom is a handicap-accessible wet bath
Due to the layout of the houses, we cannot guarantee that you and your friends will be assigned rooms in the same house and receive your first-choice accommodation package.
Traveling with Friends?
If you'd like to stay in the same house as your friends, please:
1. Email us as a group at info@solseedretreats.com and make sure to list the names of everyone who will be traveling together
2. Let us know your preferred accommodation packages
3. We'll help you explore the best options based on availability
If you're worried about the retreat selling out before coordinating, you can go ahead and book your preferred package now — and we’ll do our best to group you with your friends later. There may be a small price difference depending on how the final arrangements work out, but we’ll clearly explain and confirm everything before making any changes.
The Good News?
All of the houses are spacious, have shared living areas, and are just a short walk from each other. Wherever you and your friends are placed, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to relax and connect in cozy, communal spaces.
