Join Susannah for a 6 night / 7 day retreat to Bocas del Toro, Panama! This retreat offers you the chance to reconnect with yourself, with community, and the harmonious rhythms of this beach and jungle paradise.

Our retreat will be hosted at Bluff Beach Retreat, a our private, beachfront oasis for the week. Our boutique retreat center is located in one of Central America's largest and most bio diverse rain forests and features a 65 foot lap pool, secluded beach, and nature reserve where you will see wild sloths, monkeys, toucans, and more. We will have exclusive use of the entire property, which includes 4 beach houses, all with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens for your use. Please see below for rooming options and descriptions. 

Each day will invite you to dive deeper into yoga classes led by Susannah, hosted in our beautiful open air shala with all mats & props provided. Drift off to savasana to the sounds of crashing waves as you re-set your nervous system.

You will also be nourished by three delicious, creative and locally sourced meals each day from our fabulous private chef Nicole, and will have plenty of free time to relax, restore and adventure at will. We are also including one group Island, Boating & Wildlife excursion in your retreat package, so that you can get a feel for the magic and natural beauty that the Bocas del Toro archipelago has to offer.

This is a true beach retreat, and in your free time, you can lounge in the serenity of our near-private beach, unwind by the pool, indulge in an expertly given massage, or explore the surrounding natural wonders. Choose your own adventure: bike to hidden beaches, hike the lush trails, go horseback riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, or immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture. The possibilities are endless, allowing you to be as active or as relaxed as you wish!

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot on this retreat. Your trip balance is due 120 days prior to departure and will be broken into three payment installments upon registration, if desired. - One group Island, Boating & Wildlife Excursion in Bocas del Toro, including all transportation, guides and gratuities

- Roundtrip airport transfers from Bocas del Toro "Isla Colón" International Airport (BOC) to Bluff Beach Retreat center

- All taxes + base gratuities

- Flights from the United States to Bocas del Toro (BOC). This involves an international flight from your airport of origin to Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, Panama (PTY); as well as, a domestic flight on Air Panama or similar domestic carrier between Albrook Airport in Panama City (PAC) and Bocas del Toro Airport (BOC). 

- Taxi ride between PTY and PAC airports, however, we can provide great resources & contacts for this

- Optional excursions & massages, all available for booking upon arrival at our retreat center

Specific flight parameters will be provided by the SolSeed Operations Team once this trip hits minimums. Please refrain from booking flights until you receive this email.

You must have a valid passport to travel to Panama. Please check your passport expiration date and make sure it is valid for at least 3 months after the end date of your retreat.

We are not visiting any areas where malaria or yellow fever are of concern. 

All Retreat reservations require a $500 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit per participant, which secures your place on the Retreat.

Participant-Initiated Cancellation

Any amounts paid in excess of the $500 deposit are refundable only if SolSeed Retreats LLC (“SolSeed”) receives written notice of cancellation no later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the scheduled Retreat start date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@solseedretreats.com and will be deemed effective only upon actual receipt by SolSeed. Notices received after 11:59 PM (local time at SolSeed’s principal place of business) on the applicable deadline date shall be treated as untimely.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or changes in travel plans.

Within one hundred twenty (120) days of the Retreat start date, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including any amounts paid beyond the initial deposit.

Refunds will not be issued in the form of credits, transfers, substitutions, or rebookings for future retreats or other SolSeed offerings, unless expressly approved in writing by SolSeed in its sole discretion.

SolSeed-Initiated Cancellation

SolSeed may deviate from the foregoing refund policy only if the Retreat must be canceled due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to the following:

• The host country’s government prohibits entry or travel for tourism purposes;

• The host country’s government prohibits SolSeed’s vendors or accommodations from hosting tourists; or

• The United States government prohibits U.S. citizens from traveling to the destination for tourism purposes.

If SolSeed cancels or postpones the Retreat for any of the reasons listed above, each registered participant shall receive a refund of all amounts paid, less a $200 administrative and processing fee.

The purchase of travel insurance is required for this trip.

Most travel insurance policies can help protect you in the event of unexpected trip delays or cancellations due to airline disruptions, family emergencies, illness, or injury. Coverage can also help demonstrate to the host country that you are financially prepared to cover emergency services that may be needed during your stay.

SolSeed does not sell or provide travel insurance. Any insurance offers you may see during checkout are provided by third-party providers, and you are free to choose the policy and provider that best fit your needs.
