Panamanian Paradise Yoga Retreat with Talia Arone

This was the trip of a lifetime! The retreat center was beautiful and Talia led a week of integration, laughter, and FUN! I cannot wait to go back next year and experience even more! 

Planning, preparation and communication prior to the trip was excellent. I loved every minute of my yoga retreat and would definitely book again. 

Once again - an absolute dream! 10/10 from start to end! The people, food, LIFE, water - everything - thank you SolSeed for helping to create such a beautiful experience! 

I had an amazing time on this trip! The accomodations were so comfortable, the food was delicious and the island was beautiful! I appreciated practicing yoga each day with Talia and the HYED community with the sounds of the jungle and the waves crashing on the shore. Everyday was a new adventure!

My second time at Bluff Beach. It is a beautiful property with amazing and welcoming staff. Highly recommend.


I can’t say enough good things about the retreat in Guatemala with Solseed. Every detail was thoughtfully curated and you could feel the intention and care behind the entire experience. It allowed me to completely relax and be present without having to think about logistics or planning.

Grace and Alex were so warm, friendly, and attentive — it truly felt like spending time with good friends who wanted everyone to have the best possible experience. It was an incredibly special week and I would absolutely go on another retreat with them.

Adventure to Lake Atitlan with The Yoga Collaborative

What an amazing trip! 

Melissa from the Yoga Collaborative and Grace from SolSeed put together a trip I will never forget. Melissa and Grace are two women who are very passionate and very good at coordinating the perfect retreat. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

The trip brought a group of twelve women to a beautiful retreat site with many activities to choose from. We could do as much or as little as we wanted. The hikes were amazing. The SUP with coffee at sunrise was spectacular. Learning to weave a scarf was fun and challenging. And the yoga and meditation was top notch.

Some additional highlights were: The Food! Marta made us super yummy meals that took into account all our dietary needs. We participated in a cacao and fire ceremony that was one of the coolest things I have ever done. And last but definitely not least, for me personally, the new friendships made and the laughter and singing that filled the air all week long was exactly what I needed.

We all agreed that we were very well cared for during this unforgettable trip! Thanks so much Grace and Melissa!



Awesome trip! Very professional, yet easy going and fun.  Grace and Alex were accommodating and attentive to our needs.  The only downside was that we ALL had stomach bugs either at the very end of the trip or when we got home despite being careful about not drinking the water.

The food,  yoga, company and accommodations (although the beds weren't comfortable) were all great. I would have like to know in advance just how remote it was...it was really a deterrent to get down that 20 minute dirt road, wifi was spotty and the power went out a few times. And Bocas del Toro wasn't a very nice place overall. I feel like for David's audience...which was mostly 50 or over, Bocas wasn't a great fit.

Panamanian Paradise Yoga Retreat with David Vendetti

This trip was thoughtfully and well organized, and everything within SolSeed’s control was handled with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, I was ill for part of the trip and wasn’t able to participate in the excursions, so I can’t fairly rate that aspect. We also experienced a lot of rain during our stay, which limited beach and pool time — not anyone’s fault, but still a bit disappointing. That said, the on-site staff were incredibly attentive and supportive throughout, and the massage therapist was truly exceptional — one of the highlights of my experience. The food was delicious, and the chefs were very accommodating and clearly put a lot of heart into what they do. Overall, while this particular trip had some challenges, my appreciation for SolSeed and the care they put into their retreats remains strong.

If you enjoy the sounds of crashing waves as you sleep, long sandy beaches, rustic comfortable clean casita lodging, exquisitely delicious fresh meals, surrounded by lush vegetation, sloths and monkeys, then the retreat in Panama on Bocas Del Toro at the Bluff Beach Lodge is for you!  Oh and yoga outside in an elevated wooden structure with a sea breeze flowing through .... what's not to love!  It was an amazing week. Feeling refreshed, reenergized and ready to make 2026 another great year!

Fabulous experience!  This trip really had everything! Very well planned and organized.  Ismail was the best guide I've had in years.  He was so personable, funny, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.  I learned so much from him.  The Riad in Marrakesh was fantastic.  The staff there was amazing.  We didn't want to leave.  All guides and services were top notch.  Everyone was so professional and accommodating.  I would highly recommend this trip and would go again!  Exceptional experience.  

Magical Morocco: A Wellness & Cultural Retreat with Jennifra Norton

Beautiful property. Efficient and friendlu staff. Fantastic yoga led by Natalie and Owen. They read the room and adjusted their classes well, allowing everyone the opportunity to have a great practice. Good mix of group activities and free time to pursue other options on the island.

Magical Morocco: A Wellness & Cultural Retreat with David & Aliya

Truly enjoyed the trip. Good blend of relax and adventure. Group synergy was there for sure. Sunrise yoga was amaze!

Possibly the best week of my life, time will tell!  Normally a solo traveler, this retreat was an amazing way to not have to do any of the leg work I would normally have to in order to make the most of my experience. The people, the yoga, the optional excursions, the food, the LOCATION, the overall organization beyond exceeded expectations!

It was great wish the weather was better and we had more experience in what we were supposed to do but it was still beautiful and i enjoyed it

Power in Practice: Azores Retreat with Christine & Julz

This property in Bocas Del Toro was a perfect mix of Ocean & Jungle ! 
The itinerary was a  great balance of yoga , meditation , lessons on yoga philosophy , the property was breath taking  and meticulously kept , the food OMG ,  fresh  and prepared creatively and delicious , every meal ! 
We were immersed in nature with a community vibe that was filled with love and stories . This was a great experience that I hope I will be able to do again and again !

Soul-Rejuvenation Retreat with Char & Amber

It was a smooth trip.  Things went well.  Great group of people

It was a fantastic experience! The accommodations were lovely, the food, both at the resort and during our curated dinners, was out outstanding. We had a great group of people and also enjoyed the group excursions. I would go back to the Azores in a heartbeat.

Flawless. I don’t wish anything different. Every detail of the trip was so carefully thought out, still with plenty of freedom to improvise. Loved this experience, start to finish. So grateful.

Amber and Charlotte were amazing - great instructors who provided an amazing experience for all attendees.  There were so many options for things to do when not practicing yoga - bike riding, walking along the beach, going for a frozen drink or app at a local beach side bar/restaurant, a pool, hiking, a farm visit, facials using local products, a day on the water to snorkel in the mangroves and at a coral reef - beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear water, etc.   I can't say enough about them or the venue - Augusto and team made us feel like family and took great care of us all week!  The good was spectacular (umm... filet mignon anyone??) and specialty mocktails every night!  The place was clean, quiet, safe, few to no mosquitoes, lots of wildlife right outside of your door, from white faced monkeys, howler monkeys, agouti, and sloths!  And don't forget Maria - the small powerhouse who gives deep massages that will have all of your knots smoothed out!   Overall, it was a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget.  I would definitely do another yoga trip with Amber and Char!

We had a great trip. The resort was beautiful, excellent food and nice employees. 

This experience was more amazing than I could have imagined! I had a great time! The food was delicious and plentiful! Each day started with coffee and beautiful yoga with Liz Salvador followed by a lovely breakfast buffet spread. 
The excursions were well thought out and I particularly enjoyed the picnic style lunches on those days. I can’t say enough about the resort. It’s beauty and peacefulness were a treasure I’ll hold close. Thank you! 

Adventure to the Azores with The Alley

Very full and beautifully arranged yoga-retreat week, with a great balance of adventure, sightseeing, touring, shopping, education, wandering, downtime -- and oh, yes, yoga (!), the latter guided by the remarkable Jennifra (how *does* she do it?). Loved having such a perfect point person/guide in Ismail -- knowledgable, engaging, resourceful, funny, always at the ready to answer questions or solve problems. (Our group's motto: "No problem!") Morocco is truly magical, mystical, magnificent, but for the uninitiated this arrangement of supported experiences is a must, and Solseed's pre-retreat communications were excellent and helped us prepare. Food and lodgings were very good (tho details re private bathrooms and final tipping options could be clearer). Our group of 27 --varied in age and background and yoga practice -- was so copacetic that when it came time to say good-bye, we surprised ourselves at how close and bonded we'd become in so short a time and how hard it was to leave. Till next time!

We had an amazing time!  From airport pickup, to the excursions offered, the resort and everything in between. The people and especially Tina & Renata, were truly knowledge and super accommodating with our needs. Super smiles & friendly!!

This trip was amazing. Solseed helped us every step of the way from marketing, enrolling, to feet on the ground once we arrived. Each person was helpful, kind and supportive along the way. A truly wonderful, once in a lifetime experience! Even if we return to Morocco, it would never be the same experience without Jennifra, the practice she leads, and the community she creates. 
This trip was an excellent balance of adventure and relaxation, of retreat and community. 
The on-the-ground support from Ismael was unparalleled!

Overall a great trip 
One or two concerns but the organisation was fantastic. We failed to find our real taxi driver at the airport and ended up being taken to the wrong hotel, this would have been avoided if the genuine taxi had our names !

And the hotel staff at both our locations were wonderful.  Particularly Abdillah at Monriad. 
There was confusion over when and who to tip ... and how much. 
Essaouira Lodge was a great location.. good sized pool ...tasty food and again very helpful staff.

Escape to Costa Brava with Amelia Andaleon

The 7 night trip to Morocco was well planned and executed. Our local guide Ismail was outstanding - everything was communicated clearly and timely and all travel plans were executed flawlessly. The yoga with Jennifra was top notch and the excursions were all exceptional - Camel Ride at Sunset, ATV Beach Dune Tour, Walking Tours of both Marrakech and Essouria. I would definitely travel with SolSeed again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip.  The trip was well-planned in every detail.  We loved the accommodations.  Our guides on the trip were great.  Yoga with Brent was, as always, challenging, fun, and leaving you wanting more.

The yoga retreat to Marrakesh and Essaouira was nothing short of magical! The trip struck the perfect balance between rejuvenating yoga sessions, cultural immersion, and pure fun. Every day felt thoughtfully planned with enough time to relax, explore, and truly soak in the beauty and spirit of Morocco.
The accommodations at the Riad Nelia were absolutely lovely, charming, peaceful, and a beautiful oasis to return to after a day of adventure. Exploring the bustling markets of Marrakesh was such a thrill...the colors, the scents, the friendly locals, and the art of haggling all made for unforgettable memories. I also loved learning about the history of the palace in Marrakesh, which gave such rich insight into Morocco’s fascinating past.
My time in Essaouira was equally incredible. The history tour there was both educational and inspiring, helping me connect with the city’s unique blend of Moroccan and coastal influences. The optional activities were the perfect touch, from watching the sunrise during a hot air balloon ride, to the magical sunset camel trek, and even the adrenaline-filled ATV adventure along the coastline, each experience added something special to the journey.
If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to add one extra day in Marrakesh to explore the city’s amazing museums, there’s so much art, history, and culture to take in!
A special shoutout to our guide, Ismail — he truly made the trip exceptional. Kind, fun, endlessly patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, Ismail went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and cared for. His stories, humor, and attention to detail brought every destination to life.
I returned home feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply grateful for this adventure!

An amazing trip filled with gorgeous natural beauty and stunning scenery. The lodging was so beautiful and indulgent, I loved it . This may have been the best retreat yet !

Dolce Dolomiti: Yoga & Hiking Retreat with Petra L. van Aarem

Morocco was everything I’d imagined and so much more!
First, I have to say Kristen, Ian, Grace + Ismail were amazing. They handled EVERYTHING. And they did it with kindness, patience and professionalism. I’m already looking forward to my next retreat with SolSeed. 

Mon Riad in Marrakesh was an oasis in the midst of the bustle. Perfectly located at the edge of the medina, steps away for everything. Including the Bahia Palace which we toured with a brilliant guide who had us acting out the history of the king and his children, the grand vizier and his first wife Bahia.  History coming to life. 
The group dinner out had most of us up + dancing!  
Many of us opted to set our alarm for early morning to go in the hot air balloon…..an adventure of a lifetime. 
The trip to Essouaria was easy and comfortable. The petrol station/rest stop blew our minds……my hometown needs to up their game 😉
The Lodge was lovely the accommodations great! I was particularly happy with the yoga shala. It was well equipped, spacious with plenty fresh air and/or heat as needed plus views with occasional roaming goats and peacocks. 
There was no way anyone was going to miss the camel ride on the beach!! What a hoot. And then there was the Hammam with massage, quads down the beach to the ‘hippie village’ where Hendrix spent time. Wow
Touring Essaouira port and medina learning about the history and the current way of life made me feel more at home. 
In summary, we all went back home with our hearts full, our sangha expanded, Moroccan  sand in our toes and sore cheeks from smiling constantly. Thank you SolSeed and the warm people of Morocco ☮️💟🕉️

Magical Morocco: A Wellness & Cultural Retreat with REVIVE

The experience was absolutely wonderful! 
The teachers, the views and the excursions were great! The food was fabulous, and Chef Daniel not only creates nourishing and balanced meals, he generously shares himself with attendees, providing care and passion in all that he offers. Amelia brought together a beautiful group of kind, caring, compassionate and joyful humans, and created an unforgettable experience.

Everything about this trip from Brent's yoga classes, to the stunning hotel and world class spa, and the majestic setting were beyond my expectations.  This was an amazing, unique and very special experience.  The Dolomites did not disappoint.   Everything was truly perfection and beyond.  

We had a fabulous trip. The resort was spectacular comfortable beds, spacious accommodations. Food was wonderful. Everyone was helpful the alder Was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in a five star planning on returning there again .the town was magical 

Terrific combination of leadership; wellness; people in the group; and experience of Morocco

Had a great time seeing and learning about Costa Brava, all while having fun with new and old friends sharing experiences of Amelia’s Yoga,  Cathy’s Qi-Gong,  and Amy’s Breath work,  and also Dancing, playing Ping Pong and eating healthy vegan foods.  Quim was a great guide, the wine tour was excellent, and really enjoyed Girona and the Via Ferrata!

Such a special location and group of travelers! All of the support people were so helpful — both at the resort, and transporting and guiding us for excursions. Working with Tina, Kristin, and Ian was informative and supportive. They have such a well established system in place for retreat leaders.

The yoga retreat to the Azores was life changing. Everything was so beautiful and peaceful. The island is interesting and it’s very easy to navigate and explore. Sol Seed did a phenomenal job!  
Especially with the excursions, our drivers, and Omgoodness the food. 

Spectacular location. Great resort and spa. Petra is my favorite yoga teacher and it was a privilege to practice with her twice a day. I’m glad I went.

The yoga was wonderful. I love Jenn and the people involved. I loved Morocco. Everyone was so nice and the weather was beautiful. Unfortunately most of us had stomach issues at some point so that dampened the experience. Overall it was good. I wished that our facility in for the retreat was in the city. We spent a great deal of time waiting for shuttles. In addition the facility had issues, no water for two mornings, bad cleaning and no food at some points.

We enjoyed the experience greatly.  The hotel was beautiful, good food, nice people & Petra is an excellent instructor.  The hiking guides were wonderful.
It was an all around great experience.

Traveling to and from Bocas del Toro:The best way to arrive at Bocas del Toro is to fly to Panama City International Airport, take a taxi/uber to Albrook Airport in Panama City downtown, then fly to Bocas del Toro Airport. Often this means booking two separate flight itineraries, each way. Arrival - SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd:<ol> <li>International flights all arrive and depart from Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, Panama (PTY). Search for flights to this airport from your departure airport.</li> <li>You must then take a ground transfer (about a 30 - 45 min / $15 - $20 Uber) to Albrook Airport (PAC), in downtown Panama City, and catch a flight from Albrook Airport (PAC) to Bocas del Toro Airport (BOC). &nbsp;See our <a target='_blank' href="https://docs.google.com/document/u/0/d/1wDaIsxOMt3hWHSeB3jqUV5BVm18wVZRKtMwAzYsihxU/edit">Panama City Guide</a> for complete ground transport options and more detailed information.</li> <li>Please leave a minimum of 3 hours from when your international flight is scheduled to land at PTY, and when your domestic flight to Bocas del Toro is scheduled to depart.</li> <li>We recommend booking your domestic flight on AirPanama. You may take any of the flights mentioned above. Official check in is after 3pm, so early arrivals may store their luggage, and visit the nearby beach and restaurants! Flight Parameters

You must have a valid passport to travel to Panama. Please check your passport expiration date and make sure it is valid for at least&nbsp;3 months after the end date of your retreat. For a complete list of recommended but optional routine vaccinations, please visit the CDC’s website for travelers visiting Panama <a target="_blank" href="https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/traveler/none/panama">here</a>.&nbsp; We are not visiting any areas where malaria or yellow fever are of concern.&nbsp;

Passport & Optional Vaccination Info

The purchase of travel insurance is required for this trip. Most policies protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. The travel insurance will also demonstrate to the host country that you are able to pay for any emergency services which may be necessary during your stay. SolSeed is not authorized to sell travel insurance. Any offer to purchase travel insurance that you encounter during the checkout process are third party offers. You are free to select your own policy provider. Required Travel Insurance

All retreats include a $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip.&nbsp; Additional balance payments made are refundable up to 120 days prior to the retreat start date. SolSeed must receive an email at <a target='_blank' href="mailto:info@solseedretreats.com" target="_blank">info@solseedretreats.com</a> requesting cancellation prior to 12:00AM on this date in order to secure a refund of additional balances paid. The initial $500 deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable. All balances paid are non-refundable and non-transferable within 120 days of the retreat start date.&nbsp; SolSeed Retreats can only make an exception to these terms if:<ol> <li>The host government forbids us to visit as tourists.</li> <li>The host government forbids our vendors from hosting us as tourists.</li> <li>The US government forbids us to travel to the host country as tourists.</li></ol>If SolSeed must further postpone or cancel the trip for any of the above reasons, all registrants will receive a refund of all deposits paid less $200. If you refuse to comply with the entry laws of the host country, region, town, etc; SolSeed will not consider this a valid reason for receiving any refund. SolSeed will ensure to the best of their abilities that all registrants comply with all then current laws and regulations.

This triple occupancy bedroom sleeps three people comfortably in three twin beds - perfect for a group of friends, or those traveling solo on a budget. This room also includes a private bathroom. All bedrooms feature high powered ceiling fans, and screened in windows with plenty of ventilation and air flow.&nbsp; Your bedroom will be in a casita with 2 - 3 other bedrooms. All bedrooms share a common kitchen, living area, and outdoor seating area. **Upon registration, please indicate your roommates names. If you do not have a roommate in mind, we will happily pair you up with like-minded traveler.

Triple Occupancy Bedroom w/ Private Bath

*We have one full double open, and one spot in a double with a solo female traveler if you're looking to room share.&nbsp; This double occupancy bedroom comes with a private bathroom, and sleeps two people comfortably in either one king size bed OR two twin beds - perfect for both couples and friends!&nbsp; All bedrooms feature high powered ceiling fans, and screened in windows with plenty of ventilation and air flow. Your bedroom will be in a casita with 2 - 3 other bedrooms. All bedrooms share a common kitchen, living area, and outdoor seating area.&nbsp; **These rooms can be set up with two twin beds, or one queen bed. Please let us know your bed set up preference upon booking &amp; your roommate's name. If you sign up for this room type without an indicted roommate, we will do our best to pair you up with one. If we are unable to, you will be charged for a single occupancy room when final trip balances are due.&nbsp;

Double Occupancy Bedroom w/ Private Bath

This single occupancy bedroom sleeps one person comfortably in a queen size bed, and SHARES a bathroom with one other bedroom that is part of the two bedroom casita you will be &nbsp;staying in.

This casita also features a small kitchen, living room and porch, which will be shared with your casita-mate.&nbsp;
